Customers must check in up to 30 minutes prior to the activity, at the AlgarExperience/Dolphins Driven desks at Albufeira Marina.
Dolphins Driven reserves the right to change the vessel used in the experience.
VAT is included at the current statutory rate.
Dolphins Driven reserves the right to change the RRP's.
Dolphins Driven assumes no liability for the loss of personal property on board the vessels.
Reservations exceeding 5 persons are subject to the consent of Dolphins Driven.
Customers wearing inappropriate or offensive clothing, and/or persons strongly under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will not be allowed to check in/board.
No food or drink may be taken on board.
With the purchase of the ticket, Dolphins Driven is authorized to take and publish photographs of the event to which the ticket relates. If you do not authorize the collection and use of photographs and videos containing your image, you must explicitly state this at the check-in desk.
All our boats comply with European safety standards.
Our company Várzeamar has all compulsory insurance and is licensed by the Portuguese Tourist Board (RNAAT no. 265/2010).
The personal data collected by Dolphins Driven (Várzeamar, SA) during the booking process are solely and exclusively intended for the processing thereof and the customer’s check-in. Customer data will not be used for any other purpose unless the customer authorizes use of the data for Email Marketing purposes.
a) If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Customers who cancel within the 48-hour period will not be entitled to a refund, unless a medical certificate is provided.
b) In the event that Dolphins Driven cancels an experience due to sea or weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If this change of date proves impossible, a full refund will be given.
